All of our client's have access to their own personal owners portal. The owners portal will allow you as an owner to have calendar access, ability to book personal stays, and the ability to view monthly statements!
We provide all of our owners with professional photography and feature property videos. You will also have an individual property listing on our website and listings on other large booking sites such as VRBO etc.
For our owners we have a full-time reservations manager that is dedicated to your success and maintains a 12-hour response time to inquiries. Our reservations manager also implements renter screening to meet age requirements. Negotiates rates and implements specials while updating informative welcome book for renters.
Rest easy we handle the coordination of maintenance with needed vendors and give assistance to our owners with projects and vendors. We also provide routine home inspections, regular maintenance, battery & light bulb changes, storm preventative preparation.
We work with third Party local trusted cleaning companies. Providing bed and bath linens for all rentals as well as toiletries for the beginning of guests stays (Hand Soap, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Coffee).
We do complete record keeping. Monthly and year end statements. Tenants and owner deposits held in trust. Fees are 100% tax deductible.
