You will discover Sea Grit conveniently situated just steps from the sandy shores of Ocean Isle Beach, with a leisurely stroll from the vibrant heart of town. In no time, you'll be immersed in mini golf, water sports, the amphitheater, an array of delightful eateries, and the iconic OIB Pier. Immerse yourself in the vibrant local atmosphere and discover the charm of this coastal gem, OIB is a haven for families and friends!
Sea Grit is a member of, "The Resort at OIB." Guests will enjoy an oceanfront clubhouse with a private beach access, oceanfront pool, private bath and crab dock all within a five-minute walk from the property. There is a golf cart parking area, making it easy to pack up all your beach essentials and enjoy a day in the sun!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. Inside Sea Grit, experience a refreshing burst of coastal charm. Accommodate everyone comfortably around the expansive eat-in kitchen table, seating up to 14. With two dishwashers and a complete suite of kitchenware, preparing and cleaning up after meals will be a breeze, even for large groups. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The den features an assortment of games and a convenient wet bar. The 2nd floor has a large open living space with astonishing ocean views.
When the sun's rays become a tad too warm, retreat to your private backyard oasis. Here you'll find a private pool and tiki bar, waiting to rejuvenate you. Pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details. For the young and young-at-heart, we've stocked an assortment of games, from ping pong to corn hole, from life-sized Jenga to Bucket Ball. There's also a foosball table and infinity gaming table, perfect to keep everyone entertained.
Planning a cookout? Sea Grit has you covered, complete with a grill ready to serve up your favorite BBQ delights and a sonos sound system. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. To make your check-in process easy this home includes keyless entry and an elevator making that goes to all floors. If you drive an electric car you're in luck, this home has an EV outlet. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note there are security cameras monitoring entrance doors.
Pool heating is an additional $80 per night with a 3 night minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30.
Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.
Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
